Q1 Report
Dear Partners, am happy to share with you the latest updates on our work.
Matchmaking interns with web3 development companies
We're excited to launch an internship program connecting talented Ukrainian tech students and web3 businesses. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between technical education and industry needs while fostering the next generation of web3 developers. Key ideas for the program:
- Hands-on experience with EVM development and zero-knowledge applications
- Direct mentorship from established web3 companies
- Structured learning path from university to industry
- Focus on practical skills and real-world projects
Currently we’re working with leading tech universities in Ukraine: Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Odesa Polytechnic National University, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Lviv Polytechnic National University and more. More than 30 students have signed up for the internship already. Thanks to the partner companies participating in the program: Hacken, Stroom, Waterfall, AML Bot, LTV Protocol. Funded by the Ethereum Foundation ecosystem support program.
🙏 HEPL: would you or your company be interested in the dev interns (or even analytics, marketing etc) – please get in touch with Max Semenchuk.
New DLT Forum: reBUILD Ukraine
We’re organizing now a new forum by uniting academia, industry, and government to advance Web3 research and integration. Held virtually from November 11–13, 2025, it aims to showcase university-industry collaborations, present joint research in distributed technologies, launch student mobility programs, and foster govtech innovation. With over 1,000 participants expected, the forum targets students, professionals, and policymakers, and is supported by major partners including IEEE, Linux Foundation and Ministry of Digital Transformation.
🙏 HEPL: if you’d like to create a session or know a suitable expert – please get in touch with Max Semenchuk.
