He has worked with tech incubators and governmental bodies. In 2010, he founded 4irelabs, consultancy and development firm focused on blockchain and fintech projects, which became one of the leaders in the blockchain space in Ukraine.
Max holds a Master's degree in SME Management from KNEU, Kyiv.
