In order to support the development of Web3 in Ukraine we need to address a critical talent shortage in web3-savvy specialists and users. The “Talk to Founders” Research has shown that web3 founders struggle to find qualified talent, while students represent a highly motivated but underserved audience due to resource constraints and ineffective learning environments.
The initiative plans to create educational events in Q4 2024 in partnership with our experts and Ukranian universities. By establishing these program, we aim to create a sustainable pipeline of web3 talent, aligning with the priorities of educational foundations and meeting the growing demands of the industry.
