Value
Ukrainian Students
The Student Hubs project aims to cultivate a new generation of web3-savvy specialists and users, addressing a critical talent shortage in the web3 industry. The “Talk to Founders” Research has shown that web3 founders struggle to find qualified talent, while students represent a highly motivated but underserved audience due to resource constraints and ineffective learning environments. Despite significant interest from universities in integrating web3 courses into their curricula, implementation has been hindered by a lack of qualified teachers and proper frameworks for course integration. The Student Hubs initiative seeks to bridge this gap by providing a comprehensive solution that includes teacher training, curriculum development, and a supportive ecosystem for web3 education. By establishing these hubs, the project aims to create a sustainable pipeline of web3 talent, aligning with the priorities of educational foundations and meeting the growing demands of the industry.
Web3 Protocols
The Student Hubs project focuses on three key protocol areas: education, development and tech infrastructure. This approach ensures students learn, contribute to, and maintain web3 ecosystems.
Business
The Student Hubs project benefits networks and organizations through talent acquisition, fostering research, and supporting development. It creates a skilled web3 workforce, encourages innovation, and provides a platform for students to contribute to real-world projects, thus advancing the web3 ecosystem.
